As part of the 2025/26 GP contract changes, all practices are required to share the "You and Your General Practice" document with patients. This guide explains what you can expect from your GP practice, how to access services, and how to provide feedback.

NOTICE TO PATIENTS

Please note that the practice will provide services as per You and Your General Practice, except when unable to do so due to:

  • Lack of capacity
  • Closure due to staff training (half day each month)
  • Unforeseen events
  • Failure of NHS supplied software
  • Unable to provide a safe service.
